I was very plaesed with Marty's extensive knowledge and professionalism with our home inspection. My wife and I are new to East Alton, and we werent sure who to have our future house inspected by and it was just wonderful to have someone recomendation meet and exede our expectations. Marty went above and beyond the regular inspector and took us through step by step after the inspection was complete to show us all areas not just the ones of concern but through the total inspection process. Marty always had our best interest in mind throughout the entire inspection and explained everything to us until we fully understood. He also did the Madison County Grant Inspection for us and answered every question we had. There were several pictures of all areas and close ups of all problem areas. The complete report was wonderful and included numerous ways to make and keep our future house safe and maintained. We will definitely recomend Marty to everyone we know.

All Pro Home Inspections Saved us a lot of money!
 We would highly recommend All Pro Home Inspections. We thought everything was in great shape in the house we were looking to purchase in Granite City, IL. We had 2 double pane windows that had a broken seal. The sump pump was not operating properly. There were no GFI receptacles in the house and the breaker box was not wired correctly. After our inspection, the buyer replaced all of these items before we closed, thus saving us a lot of money!! I will never buy another house without having an inspection, it payed for itself many times over!

Many thanks to Marty for the superior job done. His inspection was professional and detailed with several pictures of issues found along with recommended fixes for each issue.
