What's Inspected

A Home Inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the Client and Inspector, prior to the inspection process. The professional home inspector visually examines the readily accessible systems and components of a home and operates those systems and components utilizing industry Standards of Practice.
All accessible parts of the property are inspected including structural, electrical, air conditioning system and plumbing. We provide quality digital photos and computer generated report with every inspection.  You will understand every item by the time we are finished. The client is encourage to attend the entire inspection.

If you have questions during the inspection, please ask, this is the only way to get the answers. We are a member of InterNACHI, one of the largest home inspector organizations in the world and we have many thousands of members we can call on if we don't have the answer.
